Molly Casto is a junior Biology/Spanish major and Political Science minor from Charleston, West Virginia. Casto hopes to attend medical school after graduation. Molly is a sister of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a brother of Alpha Phi Omega and a member of the Mountaineer Maniacs. She is also an active member of Young Democrats and was the outreach coordinator for the Students for Barack Obama group on campus. Last year, she served as the Honors Orientation Coordinator for the Honors College. This past summer she studied abroad in London while studying in Parliament. If elected, she wants to provide more scholarships and guidance for WVU students who want to experience the world and study abroad. She also wants to provide more opportunities for the International Students that are currently studying here in Morgantown. Also, Molly wants to improve campus safety, specifically the Text Alert system, as well as other safety issues on campus such as lighting.
