-Psychology Club: Fund costs for the Undergraduate Research Psychology Conference on April 17. Asking for $500. Passed.
-Psi Chi Psychology Honorary: Fund costs for the Undergraduate Research Psychology Conference on April 17. Asking for $500. Passed.
-WVU Horn Club: Cover registration costs for the opportunity to perform at the 41st International Horn Symposium in Macomb, Illinois from June 1-9. Asking for $500. Passed.
– Student Sierra Coalition: February 27-March 2 will be a PowerVote convention in Washington, DC. Requesting $500. Passed.

-Current Members: Jacob Layne, Christina Merbedone, Chris Williamson. New appointees for approval: Phillip Estep, Aaron Stonebraker, Beth Belch, Sarah Potter, Amye Cutlip, Tessa Houston. All students were approved by the board.

C. Bureau of Finance Appropriation Proposal 2009-03: Treasurer Greenberg
-WVU Triathalon Club: Cover registration fees and traveling costs to Collegiate Nationals in Lubbock, Texas from April 17-19. Asking for $500.
-Alliance for Social Justice: Help sponsor “Family Day in partnership with the Monongalia County Child Advocacy Center on April 19. Asking for $400.
-Iranian Student Association: Fund the cost of hosting a Persian New Year Party to celebrate cultural diversity on March 13. Asking for $500.
-Table Tennis Club: Purchase a ping-pong table to be used for practice. Asking for $400.
-Baptist Campus Ministry: Cover traveling costs for spring break mission trip to Louisville, KY to serve the homeless. Asking for $500.
-WVU Bible Studies: Host “Another World is Possible” event to raise awareness about human trafficking on February 20. Asking for $500. Time sensitive: grant passed.
-English Graduate Student Organization: Pay for keynote speaker at the English Graduate Student Colloquium on April 3. Asking for $500.

-Thanked the board for passing the smoking resolution last week.

Governor Pearson
-Continuing to work on the smoking ban.
-People should have the right to not be exposed to the dangers of secondhand smoke.
-Last week, the Traffic Commission approved the pedestrian safety plan.
-We are making progress with the Sports Club Federation.

-The University is helping to fund the bus screens by advertising different companies.
-The residence hall visitation survey is now online. If you have not already done so, please take this survey.

-Attended the Sunnyside Up board meeting this morning.
-February is Recycling Awareness Month.

-This past week, we had another 2010 meeting. We are continuing the conversation with OIT and looking at how other universities use their OIT departments.
