President Parsons
-Congratulated all of the newly elected members of SGA.
-The two presidential finalists are on campus today and tomorrow.
-Thanked Ron Cheng and Stephanie Busby for serving on the Presidential Search Committee.
-The new BOG will be asked to approve the new SGA constitution.
-risingcollegecosts.org is up and running.
-Introduced Sonja Wilson, acknowledged her for all of her hard work, and presented her with an award. The award honors her as a Distinguished Mountaineer.
Vice President Napier
-The presidential forums are taking place. Please attend and get to know the candidates.
-Recognized the newly elected SGA members.
Attorney General Gutta
-We have made a lot of progress with the Constitutional Review Committee.
-Commended Vice Chair Rogers on all of her hard work on this committee.
Chief of Staff McIntosh
-Absent.
Director of Communications Peters
-Trying to have the final Speak Up report compiled by next week.
-April 18th is the Student Leadership Symposium.
-April 21-23 is Stress Busters Week.
-Talked with City Councilwoman Selin. The taxi stand bill was passed.
-There was a movement in the legislature to have the taxi companies controlled by the city instead of the Public Service Commission.
-March 9th at 5:30pm in the Rhododenron Room will by the first Speak Up event for the new administration. This will be a discussion about the elections code.

-Thanked Governor Richmond for attending the Social Justice Council meeting.

A. Bureau of Finance Appropriation 2009-05: Treasurer Greenberg
-Alpha Phi Omega: Help cover costs to pay for a “Make and Take” exhibit at the 2009 Kid’s Science Carnival on April 4. Requesting $500. Passed.
-Horticulture Club: Help cover lodging fees and van rental to an annual national landscaping competition in Pomona, California from March 24-30. Requesting $500. Passed.
-Geography Graduate Group: Help provide lodging expenses to attend the Association of American Geographer’s national conference in Las Vegas from March 22-27. Requesting $500. Passed.
-Mountaineer Paintball Club: Help cover costs to Paintball National Championships in Lakeland, Florida from April 17-19. Requesting $500. Passed.
B. Visitation Policy Resolution 2009-03: President Parsons and Governor Richmond. Passed.

A. Bureau of Finance Appropriation Proposal 2009-06: Treasurer Greenberg
-WVU Chinese Club: Purchase Chinese calligraphy supplies for the club members to learn how to do Chinese calligraphy. Requesting $500. Time sensitive: grant passed.
-Sigma Alpha Pi: Broadcast a set of nationally known speakers via satellite or through the use of DVDs. Requesting $500. No representative present.

-Greek Week is March 30-April 6.

-Congratulated the newly elected SGA members.
-Attended the Transportation and Parking Advisory Committee with Governor Richmond.
Governor Perry
-The University 101 task force is looking at the syllabus, instructors, textbook, and evaluation of the course.
-In the textbook, there will be a chapter in the back that will be dedicated to WVU and its resources.
Governor Ramsey
-No report.
Governor Richmond
-Attended the Transportation and Parking Advisory Committee with Governor Pearson.
-The bus screens have been delayed because the broadband strength at Towers is too low.
-Next week, the screens should be up.
-The WVU Alert will run in correlation with the PRT ticker at the bottom.
-The Visitation Policy Committee will be forming soon.
Governor Rogers
-The Constitution Review Committee will be working on reforming the elections code.
-In the new constitution, the Judicial Branch has been restructured. The grant process will be more efficient. The appointment system will now require some positions to have an interview process.
-There will be a Sunnyside Clean-Up this Saturday.
-Sunnyside Up is hosting a banner contest for students living in Sunnyside.
-Dance Marathon is Saturday.
-Attended the Morgantown Strategic Planning Committee. There is a lot of progress being made.
Governor Seitz

Governor Zuccari
-Congratulated the new administration.
-Encouraged everyone to stay involved.
-Was asked to moderate the presidential forums.
-Has been working on President Parsons on risingcollegecosts.org.

Athletic Councilman Donato
-Absent.
Athletic Councilwoman Werner

X.Advisors’ Reports
-Shane Miller has a meeting with the Associate Vice President of Graduate Education. They will be discussing graduate student involvement in SGA.
XI.Open Student Forum II
-The SGA mission statement amendment will be included in the new constitution.
-The Constitutional Review Committee was formed to make student government run more efficiently.
-The new constitution will be voted on during a special election.
XII.Announcements
-Mountaineer Cheer-Off is tonight at the Coliseum. There are 4 finalists for the Mountaineer. The new Mountaineer will be announced Saturday.
-President-Elect Zuccari and Vice President-Elect Peters will have the executive applications available this week.
