– Need to maintain promise as is without cap or higher restrictions as tuition is most pressing to students and the scholarship pays that for in-state students.

– Meeting with Dr. Garbutt to see how current Honors College dorm tutoring mentor program works and how to implement the system in other dorms
– Meeting with Director of Dining David Friend to see about getting more nutritional information in dining halls
Governor Casto

– Meeting with Rec. administrators to see about a self defense program
– Trying to set up a legal assistance program at the Law School

– Congratulations to the new executives
– Meeting with Rebecca Byrd to discuss disabilities and looking to work on reading for blind on campus

– Doing surveys for whether or not teacher evaluations should go online

– Each student organization submitting posters to be hung in the Mountainlair
– Putting together a report on student organizations on what they would like to see changed
– Survey on student organization experiences
– Putting a theme to SGA meetings and inviting student organization leaders that fall under those themes to those meetings
Governor Mols
– Met with Courtney Stevens to talk about new student orientation and about adding new advising sessions to orientation. They also talked about adding more information to packets
– Meeting with Anita Mare to talk about ideas on advising
Governor Quinn

Governor Richmond
– Discussed the transportation budget for 2009-2010. As part of that, they talked about raising ticket prices to $20 for parking violation and adding a $50 fee to getting towed from an Administration parking lot
– Discussed the no towing from short term lots policy and ways to improve the towing policy fairness for students
– Met with Student Wellness Board and they want to add warnings about certain drugs to Mountainair television screens

– Plans on speaking with the Morgantown City Council to try to get legislation on towing in the city

– Meeting with Michael Wolfe of MECCA 911
– Going to the West Virginia Campus Safety Conference
– Meeting with former governor Thomaselli to talk about PhotoVoice

– Today is the last day to sign a team up for Relay for Life
– Mountaineer Week applications are due Friday
