President Parsons
-Today marks the one year anniversary of the Virginia Tech shootings. We planted a tree earlier today in remembrance of those who lost their lives that day.
-Met with Jim hunt today.
-There is a Zumba class Sunday in the Mountainlair.
-Student Voices Across Campus roundtables are going very well. Encourages everyone to attend.
-Met with members of the Club Sports’ Federation with Governor Pearson and Governor McCulloch. Director of Communications Peters is going to organize a roundtable with them.
Vice President Napier
-Had monthly meetings with Governors on Friday.
-Attended the Wellness Retreat and did the WVU Ropes Course.
-Working on the Wellness Initiative.
Attorney General Gutta
-Appreciates the Governors who came to the roundtable discussions.
Communications Director Peters
-Encourages everyone to come to the roundtable discussions.
-Is going to try to order t-shirts and binders.
-Stress Buster’s Week is next week.
-Former Communications Director Sarah McLean-if you haven’t signed up for Stress Busters Week, please do so. A representative from H.E.L.P. attended the PR team meeting last night. U92 will be playing music outside the Mountainlair as Stress Busters is going on inside.

B. Bureau of Finance Appropriation Proposal 2008-08: Treasurer Greenberg
Tae Kwon Doe: Assist in covering costs of the WVU TKD Association’s Martial Arts Tournament on April 20th at Mylan Park’s Pro Performance Center.
-The board voted to take this grant off the ballot and talk to the group.
VII.New Business
A. Student Connections Resolution 2008-07: Governor Perry
-There is no longer a “Freshmen Advisory Board.”
-Voting on this resolution will take place next week.
B. Bureau of Finance Appropriation Proposal 2008-09: Treasurer Greenberg
Students for Hillary: Assist in funding travel to Pennsylvania to go door-to-door campaigning. Time sensitive-grant passed.

-Has a meeting Tuesday to discuss Pre-Graduate School groups.

-There will be a Wellness roundtable discussion tomorrow from 6-9pm.

-Met with Sports’ Club Federation about the issues facing their organization. Will continue to work with them.

Governor Perry
-Thanked Governor France for her work on the Summit.
-Has the Freshmen orientation schedule made up.
-Met with Outreach Director Judy and Communications Director Peters. They will be attending the Honor’s Retreat, move-in day, and many other events.
-The professors are getting their textbook requests in earlier.
-Next Wednesday at 6:30pm, the women in charge of the first-year experience will be here. Encourages everyone to attend.
Governor Ramsey
-There will be a Career Services Center press conference tomorrow at 10am. Please attend.
Governor Richmond
-Spoke with representatives about mass transportation in Morgantown.
-Pushing for longer PRT hours.
Governor Rogers
-It is Earth Month.
-April 18th at the Rec Center and April 25th in the Mountainlair-empty water bottles will be collected.
-April 19th-Impact Earth Day at Hazel Ruby-McQuain.
-Met with Fire Chief Dave Fetty to talk about fire codes.
-Working on the results from the Elite Landlord Survey.
-Passed around a sheet for Code Enforcement Ride-Alongs.
-Has the 2007 SunnysideUp annual report.
Governor Seitz
-Met with many administrators over the past two weeks.
-Professor Dahlia is very committed to seeing the broadcast news on the WVU TVs.
-There is a possibility of U92 being broadcasted over the TVs.
– There are plans to have TVs at every PRT station. There will also be an installation of state-of-the-art speaker systems at the stations.

-Advisor Cutlip: Commended the members of the board for caring about where the grant money is going.

-Matt Modansky asked Governor Perry if he could attend the First-Year Experience meeting next week. This meeting is open to any student.
-Patrick Curry will be the new Greek Liason.
XII.Announcements
-Governor France-there is a Lip-Sync contest Thursday night at 9pm.
-There is a gambling speaker tomorrow night in the Mountainlair.
-Thanked everyone who helped her with the Summit.
-President Parsons thanked Governor France for all of her hard work.
– Kappa Kappa Gamma and Alpha Xi Delta will be playing basketball tomorrow at 4:30 on the Mountainlair green.
-Communications Director Peters-PR Team applications are available.
-Chief-of-Staff McIntosh-congratulated Matt Mondansky on making the Dominion Post’s list of 100 most influential people.
