Whitney and I have been working on SGA across campus and a schedule will be released soon
Gold Rush shirt sales will begin this week

b.Vice President Peters
Ropes course for September 19th has been canceled
Meetings with Governors on September 8th from 2:00- 5:00
There will be a bus running from the lair to the Wine and Jazz Festival again this year

President Clements will be taken on a tour of student health, he supports the new student health center

Grant applications for student government orgs grants will be available in the student orgs office this week and availability online is to follow

- Where will the downtown fitness classes be?

- Barbara Angeletti, Recycling Coordinator (Governor Richmond)
-The Blue and Gold sale was a success last year with over $16,000 dollars in sales going to the United Way
-The We Can project is looking for more volunteers to work the recycling at the football games this year. In the past, the project has collected 16 tons of recycling material in 20 games

Will be inviting President Clements and his family to fight like a girl at the rec center
Will be starting a self-defense committee

– Ian: Thinks that the university should be using more recycled products in the dining areas of the Mountainlair

- Don Sass: Asks the board to consider Tort Law before putting its seal on a university taxi type service such as SAFE RIDE
