-Governor Wyatt is absent because he has class.
-We have been meeting about the Engage ‘08 program.
-Has been meeting with Governor Rogers about the Community Initiative. This will be announced next week.
-The SGA website has become very popular.
-Governor Seitz will be serving on the 2010 implementation team.
-There will be a childcare update soon.
-Postcards about SGA will be sent to all freshmen.
-Recognized former SGA members Shane Miller and Danielle Boyd.

-Governors will be meeting next Friday.

-Governors Pearson and Richmond will sit on the Bureau of Finance Committee.
-The grant applications have been revised.

-Shane Miller: Has worked on the Presidential Selection Process. Will be meeting with President Parsons on Friday about this issue.
-Danielle Boyd: SGA is a great way to get involved on campus. You can develop professional and communication skills.
-Nick and Courtney-ACN: ACN is a great opportunity to get paid and develop professional skills.

A. Application for the Position of Student Representative on the Presidential Search Committee: Governor Rogers
-A panel of students has been named to choose students to sit on the Presidential Search Committee. Applications are available in the SOS and at the SGA website. If anyone wants to help out with this, there will be a chalkboard writing campaign.

-Met with Event Planners Jackie Gannon and Katie McCarrison about Healthy Living week.
-Met with SHAB today about the 5k run/walk. Following the race, there will be a health information fair in the Mountainlair.

Governor Perry
-Student Connections is a way for people to get involved in SGA. The meetings are at 6:30 every Wednesday.
-Met with some Student Body Presidents of WV who are now at WVU.
-Will be having lunch with Student Connections tomorrow at 1pm.
-Thanked Governor Richmond for coming to the Student Connections meeting.
-Governors will attend the Student Connections meeting next week. Executives will attend the following week.
-Has put together a sheet with things each person in SGA is working on.

-Will be meeting with Parking and Transportation officials this Friday.
Governor Rogers
-Today was the second meeting of the Morgantown Housing Advisory Board.
-Next Wednesday at 7:30am is the SunnysideUP meeting.
-Six houses on Grant Street have been demolished.
Governor Seitz
-Has been in contact with Spencer Graham, head of WV TV productions.
-The idea for the information screens came after the Virginia Tech incident.
-Has been trying to get screens at all the PRT stations with PRT updates.
-The information on the screens is available on Channel 7 in the dorms.
Governor Thomaselli
-Will be meeting with members of the President’s office and DPS about safety concerns.

-Has been asked to sit on a committee dealing with basketball seating concerns.
