A. Bureau of Finance Report 2008-12: Treasurer Greenberg
-College Republicans-Assist in attaining a projector to enhance club meetings, and purchasing t-shirts to be used as advertisements around campus. Requesting $500. Time sensitive: grant passed.
-Plant and Soil Sciences Club-Aide in funding a trip to the Southeastern Regional Collegiate Soils Contest. Requesting $500. Time sensitive: grant passed.
-Public Interests Advocates-Used to purchase postage for the annual “Fall Appeal,” a statewide fundraising campaign. Requesting $500. No representative present.

-The Greek vs. Student Orgs basketball game will be Thursday October 2nd at 6:30 following Airbands.
-He is in need of 6 more representatives from student orgs, 4 more representatives from Greek orgs, and 2 referees.

XI.Open Student Forum II
-Governor Thomaselli moved to adopt the previous SGA mission statement as the permanent one. A resolution will be available at next week’s meeting.
-The Mountaineer Jeffersonian will be giving the United Way 10% of all advertising revenue.
-President Parsons would like the Governors and Executives to rededicate themselves on working together.
XII.Announcements
-The Mountaineer Week Challenge Games are open to every student. This includes the PRT Cram, Mountaineer Idol, Coin Collections, etc.
-The Auburn Tailgate will be 11:30-1:30 at E. Moore Hall before the game. They are in need of volunteers. If you are interested, please see Governor France.
