-Spoke with President McGrath’s Chief-of-Staff about the International Awareness Program.
-The report on student unions is well on its way.

A. Bureau of Finance Grant Proposal 2008-15: Treasurer Greenberg
-Young Life: Requesting funds for members to travel to their annual Fall Weekend. Asking for $500.
-WVU Dairy Science Club: Assist in covering hotel accommodations in Toronto for trip to the Canadian Royal Agriculture Winter Fair, November 13-16. Asking for $500.
-Korean Student Association: Cover travel and hotel expenses for trip to Washington, D.C., November 24-26. Asking for $500.

-Next Thursday, there will be a press conference to announce the best landlords from the Elite Landlord Survey.
-Anyone interested in helping with events in November dealing with off-campus housing, please let her know.
-Will be putting together a report on the things they learned at the leadership conference.

-Has been having meetings to discuss WVUp All Night. There will be open student forums about this.

XI.Open Student Forum II
-Kappa Sigma and Kappa Kappa Gamma are sponsoring vans for students who do not have transportation to vote.
-Governor Perry acknowledged Lindsey Helfer for making the promotional materials for the Speak Up nights.
-Governor Perry handed out the prizes for the food drive.

XII.Announcements
-VP Napier will be absent next week.
-November 9th-14th will be the Mountaineer Week Challenge.
-The Auburn tailgate was very successful. There are pictures posted on the Student Affairs website.
-VP Napier asked students to act responsibly.
