Will be attending a meeting regarding the creation of a Black Student Union.
Will be attending the Institutional Board of Governors meeting on Friday.
Will be participating in the Hoppy Kercheval Show tomorrow.
The University of Pittsburgh President will be here next week.
The PRT Director will be at next weeks meeting.

VP Parsons
Met with governors over their absences this week. If you miss a meeting please send a report.
Will be meeting with Governor Barth and the State Treasurers Office next week.

On Nov. 8th SGA is invited to stop by the WVU Bookstore to meet with Barnes & Nobel representatives.

Governor Peters
Meeting soon with Mary Collins to report ideas learned at the Ethics Conference she attended last week.
Dinning Committee will meet next week.
Becky Lovell is working on making care packages for troops. If anyone has addresses or wants to get involved, please contact her.

Governor Ramsey
Governor Cutlip contacted him to help with fundraising for the Student Memorial Scholarship.
Thanks to Governors Cutlip and France for all their work on Alcohol Awareness Week.

Governor Rogers
The board is required to sign up to work the Off Campus Housing booth for 1 hour.
Remember to signup for Make-Over Morgantown.
Forum on Off Campus Housing will be Nov. 13th.

Governor Saunders
Since second platform of creating a computer lab in the Lair will take longer than left in term she will be working to improve Advising.

Governor Stonebraker
Working with the Mountain Line.
Transportation meeting will be soon.
David Ruffy of Mountain Line wants student input on the Park and Ride program.
Meeting this week with Bob Roberts to discuss ticket payment boxes.

Governor Thomaselli
The 1st meeting of the Safety Committee will be next Wednesday at 6:45.
Received cameras for the Photo Voice Audit.

Governor Davis- Monday will be the Pizza Toss and Fold Contest as well as the Chicken Dance Dance Off.
