-Vice President Napier called the meeting to order.

IV.Executive Reports
President Parsons
-Gave a presentation on wellness at the BOG meeting on Friday.
-Will be scheduling a meeting with the Club Sports Federation.
-The United Way campaign went very well. Students raised over $12,000.
-There will be roundtable discussions on sustainability, green issues, and the Honors College.
-Will be calling on the University Administration to find more sources of financial aid for students.
-The Constitutional Review Committee met yesterday.
-The HEPC will be hosting a textbook forum on our campus.
Vice President Napier
-Apologized for his absence last week.
-Has been working on Mountainlair research.
-There will be a Senior Administrative meeting next week.
-On December 3rd, there will be a meeting about University traditions.
Attorney General Gutta
-No report.

– Absent.

-Will be attending a Social Justice Council meeting on Friday.

Off-Campus Housing Director Fink
-Reminded everyone about the canned food drive for the Caritas House.
-Has been giving presentations to residence hall students about off-campus housing.

Student Connections Co-Chair Brummage
-Student Connections will be participating in Makeover Morgantown.
V. Open Student Forum I
-The amendments to the SGA Constitution must be approved by the BOG and then voted on by the student body. Students can also petition to get things on the ballot.
-The first group of University 101 students proposed that new bus and PRT signs be added around campus. They ask that these signs say when the PRT is broken down, and the ETA of buses and PRT cars.
-The second group of University 101 student proposed that student be able to use their meal plans three times a day at any time during the day. They ask that the time restrictions be removed and that the meal plans model the unlimited plan.
-The third group of University 101 students proposed that lighting be added to the Evansdale campus. They would like this to be added to a few different places, including the basketball courts, the road next to Qdoba and Kroger, and the road next to the crime scene houses.
-The fourth group of University 101 students proposed that more GEC courses be moved to the Evansdale campus. Students on Evansdale statistically have a lower GPA than students living downtown due to transportation issues. Moving more GEC classes over to Evansdale would benefit these students.
-The fifth group of University 101 student proposed that lectures be recorded and made available to students. These lectures would need to be added to a website so students could access them.
VI. Old Business
A. Bureau of Finance Grant Proposal 2008-16: Treasurer Greenberg
-Alpha Kappa Psi: Decrease the cost to attend “The Principled Business Leaders Institute” from February 6-8 in Philadelphia. Asking for $500. Grant passed.
VII.New Business
A. Bureau of Finance Grant Proposal 2008-17: Treasurer Greenberg
-WVU American Constitution Society: Cover the travel costs of Richard Feldman, founder of MLS Communications and Senior Advisor to American Hunters and Shooters Association, who will be speaking on gun rights and policies. Asking for $500. Time sensitivegrant passed.

Governor Fortunato
-Has a meeting with Director of Transportation about putting the PRT alert on the plasma television screens.
Governor France
– Absent.
Governor Mathias

Governor McCulloch
-Working on a presentation about lighting issues and pedestrian safety.
Governor Miller

Governor Mitchell
-No report.
Governor Pearson
-Attended the Morgantown Bicycle Board meeting. They are working to develop an education plan for citizens.
-Attended the Transportation and Parking Advisory Committee.
-There is a city plan that addresses many off-campus lighting issues.
Governor Perry
-The Speak Up forums have been going well. They have been educating students about student government and listening to student issues.
-There are four more forums left.
Governor Ramsey
-Trying to schedule a meeting about DA advertising and the Career Services Center.
Governor Richmond
– Attended the Transportation and Parking Advisory Committee.
-Will be meeting with Narvel Weese to press for funding about the bus screens.
-Working on creating a survey about the residential visitation policy.
Governor Rogers
-This week is Off-Campus Housing Awareness week. Things have been going well.
-Makeover Morgantown is this Saturday. There will be two different shifts, and you can sign up online.
Governor Seitz
-There will be an Up All Night focus group on Tuesday.
-If anyone is interested in attending, please see Governor Seitz.
Governor Thomaselli
-This Saturday at 7pm in the Gluck Theater will be the Mountaineer Week Fiddle Contest.
Governor Wyatt
-Has a meeting this week about the Mountaineer Debit Card.
Governor Zuccari
-This week, SGA is sponsoring Letters to War. They will have a booth in the Mountainlair.

XI. Open Student Forum II
-The area around Fraternity houses is in need of lighting, as well.

-SGA is going to be more involved in SHOP this year. The event will be Saturday after finals.
-Governor Rogers was named Ms. Mountaineer.
-There are people conducting a survey about the PRT.
