President Parsons
-Met with Narvel Weese to secure the funding for the bus screens.
-Yesterday was the Senior Leadership Meeting.
-There will be a committee formed to assist students with the transition from a residence hall to off-campus housing.
-We are taking on the taxi issue.
-We are currently starting a dialogue about the cost of living going up. This is a big issue for college students.
-To help students and freeze tuition, we need to increase our presence in Charleston.
-We are starting to talk to Big East Student Body Presidents about this issue.
Vice President Napier

Chief of Staff McIntosh
-Absent.
Chief of Staff Queen
-Working on the taxi issue.
-Trying to get Jerry Bird to Morgantown to assist with this issue.

-Apologized for her recent absences.
-The Student Connections Speak Up campaign has been successful.
-During the Spring semester, SGA will be having student forums about advertising, transportation, Greeks, greening, and honors.
-The Woodburn Light-Up Night is Tuesday, December 2nd.

A. Bureau of Finance Grant Proposal 2008-18: Treasurer Greenberg
-WVU Club Softball: Help cover costs to pay National Club Softball Association dues, which entitles team to participate in conference games and to attend
Nationals/World Series in the spring. Asking for $500.
-Law School Class of 2010: Requesting funds for a recognition event held at Touchdown Terrace. Asking for $500.

-Congratulated Governor Richmond for getting the TVs implemented.
-Once the screens are up, the PRT alert will go into effect.

-Is in the process of meeting with students and distributing surveys.

-Last week were the interviews for the Panhellenic Council. Claire Barth from Alpha Xi Delta is the new president.

-The Pedestrian Safety Lighting Report is finished.
