? Robby Queen read proposals from :
 Inter Fraternity Council
o IFC to help fund the Hazing Awareness Speaker.
o Time sensitive issue: Governor Peters motioned to suspend the rules and vote, Governor Davis seconded the motion.
o Grant Approved.

 WVU Snowboarding Club
o No representative

o Requested money to get their club up and running.

B.) Approval of Judicial Board/Judicial Board of Appeals-President Kirkpatrick
o Jacob Layne explained the purpose of the Judicial Board/ Judicial Board of Appeals.
o Board voted on the approval.

XI. Open Student Forum II
? Michael Taylor gave a prepared statement from the Students in Support of Bob Huggins requesting 20 seats at basketball games to be used at their discretion.
? Many Governors asked questions regarding the request.
? Vice-President Parsons stated that Maniacs is a subsidiary of SGA .
? Don Saas stated that by granting this request all groups will feel they can petition SGA for tickets to sporting events.
? Maniacs Director Moles invited the group to attend Maniac events.
? This issue will be voted on next week.
? Chris Walters is working to get a petition together to expand Mountaineer Field .
? President Kirkpatrick ? The Judicial Board and Judicial Board of Appeals will be sworn in next week. Would like the board to act in a professional matter at all times.
