Bio:

Anabella is a junior from Charleston, WV majoring in Political Science with minors in Philosophy & Women and Gender Studies. She is an Honors College Student and serves on the Wellness & Mental Health Student Advisory Broad. She is also Secretary of the Pre-Law Society and Treasurer of Women in Politics and Government. Anabella’s role in SGA is focused on how student government can incorporate a wider majority of student body and the community of Morgantown through service initiatives. She oversees the Outreach Department, which includes the Student Basic Needs Liaison, Internal Senates Liaison, Local Government Liaison, State Legislative Liaison, & Student Advisory Board Liaison.

Goals:

One of Annabella's overall goals this year is to implement campus wide can tab collection to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Morgantown and Pittsburgh!

Achievements:

Annabella recently collaborated with Eberly and Davis College Senators by contributing to multiple pieces of legislation, which reflected the student body opinion concerning the academic cuts. To support students during the academic transformation, she organized town halls and surveys to help gauge student concerns and feedback.
