The West Virginia University Judicial Branch shall consist of one judicial body and one appointed Court Clerk. The judicial body shall be entitled the West 15 Virginia University Student Government Association Judicial Court and shall have nine (9) appointed members. The Judicial branch shall be vested with the judicial power described in Article 6.3.
