Plans for this year

"I want to work on transparency from SGA to the student body. Letting the students have an awareness of what is going on at the institution. I feel like there are a lot of inconsistencies and confusion that comes around decisions that heavily affect the student body. Another goal that I have is to try to continue to promote connection ideals and allow marginalized communities to feel safe while they are receiving an education at WVU. "

Personal passion

"My personal passion is writing. I love to be able to express myself through poems and other forms of literature. I think that every student on campus should be able to have a space where they feel safe and comfortable to express themselves creatively. I think creativity is something that is so incredibly valuable, especially in a world where not a lot of people are being creative. "

"I actually wrote a collection of poems last year. Its titled "A Songbird Story" and it is available on Amazon and in Barnes and Nobles. There's also an ebook version. "
