Executive Reports
- President Hernandex attended her first BoG meeting and committee sessions where she contributed to conversations relating to student success and retention.
- Several members of the executive branch attended a meeting with the US Secretary of Education to discuss initiatives pertaining to mental health on campus.
- The BoF allocated 24 Grants for over $20,000 to Student Organizations across campus.
- Student Organization Liaison Staten developed and coordinated the Monthly President's Forum that will take place on October 3rd.
- The communications team has worked diligently to curate and upload graphics to both social media and the website in promotion of SGA efforts.
Assembly Reports
- Reed College Senators met with Dean Martinelli and Senator Moore Capito on female leadership.
- Chambers College Senators met with Dean Hall to discuss pedestrian safety near Reynolds Hall.
- The Inclusion Committee is collaborating with Alpha Phi Sorority on a Community Clean-Up on October 22nd.
- The Student Experience and Inclusion Committees are planning the annual fall safety walk for the month of October.
- Senators Amores and Blair met with administrators from the SRC to discuss outdoor and study recreation spaces.
- Surveys regarding Big Daddy Guns, community engagement, and sustainability were published to gauge student opinions and interest.
