College of Education and Human Services senator
Meg Sorrells is a third year student dual majoring in communication sciences and disorders and political science from Hurricane, West Virginia. Her journey in SGA started as an intern before being appointed to her current position. She is a peer advocate for Title IX, a Presidential Student Ambassador and the social media chair for the Mountaineer Mentors. She enjoys painting, hiking and going on picnics. While her future intentions are undecided, she hopes to advocate for the needs of all students during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that everyone is provided with the tools necessary for success and wellbeing. She is incredibly passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion on our campus.
