The Auditor holds a critical role within the Student Government Association (SGA), undertaking various responsibilities to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
As the co-chair of the Bureau of Finance, they play a key role in overseeing financial matters within the association. Their duties include verifying the accuracy and reliability of financial reports and records, as well as maintaining records regarding grant allocations across previous administrations. Additionally, the Auditor ensures adherence to all procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations related to the SGA student organization grant process, safeguarding transparency and accountability. Committed to their role, they attend SGA meetings on a weekly basis and perform any other duties as directed by the President and Vice President, contributing to the effective financial management and governance of the SGA.
