Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator assumes a pivotal role within the Student Government Association (SGA), responsible for fostering engagement and interaction with various constituencies across the campus community.

As a member of the Bureau of Finance, they contribute to financial oversight within the SGA. Their duties include creating and organizing outreach opportunities aimed at enhancing SGA's visibility and connection with the student body, such as mobile office hours and participation in campus events. Additionally, they collaborate with relevant executives and committee chairs to conduct monthly themed surveys, reports, and town halls to gather feedback and address concerns effectively. Working in tandem with the Student Organization Liaison, they facilitate connections between the SGA and student organizations on campus, promoting collaboration and mutual support. The Outreach Coordinator leads and organizes the outreach department within the executive branch, ensuring alignment with set goals and objectives. Furthermore, they collaborate closely with the Communications Team to achieve outreach targets and perform any other related duties as directed by the President and Vice President. Committed to their role, they attend weekly SGA meetings, contributing to the overall effectiveness and impact of the SGA's outreach efforts.
